Arabica water washed, it was born in the territory of Veracruz in Mexico between 1200 and 1600 mt. a.s.l. Its cultivars are Mundo Novo, Caturra, Typica. A perfectly ripe, hand-picked drupes follow a mechanical water washing, then taken to the threshing floor of drying out which are repeatedly moved with rake till dry out. Toasted direct fire in the cup is clean, generous with sweet notes of forest fruits and mandarin oranges, candied fruit aftertaste and fine cocoa.
