SECURE PAYMENT
SFIZIO accepts the most common methods for secure online payment: credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. Companies must, or private persons, must apply for tax receipts before submitting the order.
After the order, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your purchase request. A second e-mail confirms the availability of the product and the exact price. There may be minor deviations due to seasonal availability, general availability and weight difference.
The purchase agreement does not enter into force until we have received your payment. We remind you that a minimum age of 18 years is required for purchasing on our website.
The products sold on the website already include VAT. The transport costs are not included and depend on the weight, volume and destination of the delivery. For more information about shipping costs, please refer to the section Transport charges on our website.

DELIVERY TERMS
The products offered by SFIZIO are sent directly from your warehouse in Italy to your home. Please note:
• Deliveries are mainly made with FedEx or UPS, but other forwarding companies can also be commissioned: we are always looking for the best solution in terms of value for money.
• All products are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure freshness and integrity.
• Any consumption or import tax in non-EU countries shall be borne by the buyer. Log-Man International Srl does not assume any liability in this respect if the products are held by the import authorities at the border.

100% SATISFIED
The legislation of the European Union provides for the return of the products even without specific reasons. The return must take place within 14 days and is pre-scheduled with an e-mail to info@sfizioshopping.com
Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer shall bear the costs of returning or cancelling the purchase. This right is void if the packaging is damaged or sensitive food has been purchased.
For this reason, we recommend that you carefully check the packaging obtained when you take over the product and check whether the contents are unaffected and if the order has been carried out: If there is any damage or the delivery does not comply with the order, please inform the supplier immediately signing the delivery note. We also ask you to send us an e-mail with a photo showing the damage within 24 hours toinfo@sfizioshopping.com in order to initiate the refund.
